Staff Surveys

Surveys of health and care workers provide important data for the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES). The anonymised responses from these national surveys help identify racial disparities in staff experiences. This information highlights areas where NHS and social care organisations need to take action to make a positive impact.

All surveys are voluntary and anonymous. There are three national surveys conducted each year that health and care staff can participate in to ensure their voices are heard:
